I'm always happy to receive your e-mails. I don't have any Illinois Central employment records, aside from what I might have posted. You may be able to get that information from the Railroad Retirement Board (link above). I'm also not an expert on railroad history, so while any questions are welcome, I can't guarantee that I have answers.
- - Not infrequently, I receive inquiries from individuals and companies seeking to contact the Illinois Central Railroad. To those who have reached this site while searching for the Illinois Central: I retired in 2004 and as you can imagine, a lot has changed since my retirement. Most of the contacts I had with the railroad are now also retired so I can't be of much help with such inquiries. The Illinois Central Railroad and the Canadian Nationl Railroad merged in 1999. The CN Railroad's web site is at www.cn.ca. Their web site is a good place to look for the information you are seeking. --
